Founder Advisory

A second set of eyes from someone who's done this before.

I help founders with the stuff they can't delegate. No onboarding. No ramp-up. Just clarity.

The Difference

Most advisors audit the business.
I audit the founder.

You've gotten this far figuring it out yourself. But there's a difference between what got you here and what gets you to the next level.

You need fresh eyes from someone who's been through it. Not a 50-page deck. Not generic startup advice.

Clarity on what's next. Whether it's a full audit or a single call, you get 25 years of pattern recognition applied to what you're actually dealing with.

Who This Is For

You built something that works.

Somehow that didn't make things easier.

This might be for you if:

You can't talk to your team about this and your friends don't get it
You're growing fast and starting to break things that used to work
You just made a big bet and need to know if you're crazy (you're not!)
You've got three good options and no idea which one's right
You know you need to fire someone and you keep not doing it
You keep saying "we'll fix this when we slow down" but you never slow down
You're working harder than ever and enjoying it less than ever
I view Seth as one of the few "go-to" individuals when it comes to advice within my industry.

About Seth

25 years building. Still in the arena.

I built InsuranceAgents.com to #24 on the Inc. 500 and sold it to Bankrate. Scaled a subscription business to seven figure revenue. Switched industries five times. Exited three companies to strategic acquirers.

But I'm not a retired founder giving advice from the sidelines. I'm still running a startup right now, called DayBreak Skincare. Same chaos, same decisions, same 3am wake-ups, same being the one who has to stay calm when everyone else panics.

Most people selling founder advice stopped being founders a long time ago. They're running playbooks from 2015 and charging you to hear things you already know. I'm still learning every day what works in 2026 and beyond.

How We Can Work Together

Two ways in. Same commitment to clarity.

Whether you need the full picture or just a second set of eyes, I'm here.

Questions

You might be wondering...

The Founder Audit is $3,500 (one-time cost). Advisory calls start at $250, depending on what you need. We'll talk pricing on the intro call.
That's what advisory calls are for. Starting at $250, pricing varies based on what you need. Bring whatever you're working through: strategy decisions, team stuff, operational bottlenecks, growth challenges. You'll get follow-up notes afterward. No commitment beyond that one call unless you want more.
If you're feeling stuck on multiple fronts or you sense something bigger is off but can't pinpoint what, the audit is the move. If you've got a specific decision to make or a single issue you want to talk through, start with an advisory call. Not sure? Book a quick intro call and we'll figure it out together.
Four 60-minute sessions over 21 days, plus an intake questionnaire before we start. I'm a founder too. I know you're slammed. The goal is to get to the real stuff without wasting your time.
Depends on what you need. Could be 30 minutes, could be 90. We'll figure out the right length when you book.
Growth that's grinding your team down. Big opportunities that feel too risky to take on. Strategic decisions you've been sitting on for months. Scaling without adding headcount. Figuring out what to focus on when everything feels urgent. Also the operational stuff. Team dysfunction. Role confusion. Systems that worked at $1M but are breaking at $5M. If you're dealing with something and could use a second set of eyes, it's probably in scope.
You take the audit and run with it. That's the goal. I'm trying to help you get unstuck, not keep you dependent on me. But if you want ongoing support, you can book advisory calls as needed, or we can talk about a monthly retainer if that makes more sense. No long-term commitments either way.
Yes. Before we even have our first call.
Usually within a week or two, depending on both our schedules.
Mostly CPG, SaaS, and ecommerce businesses that are U.S.-based. Revenue ranging from a few hundred thousand to tens of millions. If you're not sure whether your company is a fit, reach out anyway. I'll tell you.
I've seen a lot. 25 years, multiple industries. Chances are your situation isn't as unique as it feels. And if it is something outside my expertise, I'll tell you. I also have a network of people I trust and can often connect you with the right person. Reach out either way.
Reach out anyway. The initial call is free and low-pressure. We'll figure out together if now makes sense or if you should wait.

Let's see if I can help.

A quick call to see if we're a fit. No pitch, no pressure.
